We follow in the footsteps of many of the most successful individuals...

Our organizational philosophy is based on the ideas of past & present leaders like Benjamin Franklin, Andrew Carnegie, Charles M. Schwab, Napoleon Hill, and Tom Peters. Our group is open to college students and young professionals. We meet weekly to provide peer mentoring, informal education and career guidance, support for your goal-setting, and feedback on your personal and professional development efforts, because a group of people that tackles a challenge often yields greater results than the individual can!

Career MasterMinds serves as a personal “board of directors” for each of our members. Together we create the Master Mind…and we harness team synergy to overcome personal and professional challenges, build leadership qualities, and share career knowledge with each other.

Above all, we meet to have fun and find like-minded friends that are goal-oriented and motivated to succeed in business and reach for their dreams! We usually meet for 2 hours in a casual coffee shop atmosphere, with a willingness to share and learn.
